I started PI to improve my sport performance, since I am rather a competitive squash player. I ended with much more than just improved sport performance. During the sessions I came into contact with my body, and through it some deeply buried problems and perceptions. Working on these sometimes not even conscious problems, I shook off unnecessary baggage that opened up a new world full of joy for me. I even started to look at sport not from a “fight for survival” viewpoint, but as the joyous movement of the incredible body.

Postural Integration – Peter Hulley. Jan 2004
As a boy I experienced a traumatic home situation that left me permanently tensed up and in a state of constant nervousness. Over the intervening years I have experienced relief from many healing therapies. However, after attending an introductory lecture on Postural Integration and finding myself resonating intensely with so much of the lecture content, I knew I had to have P.I.!
The P.I. sessions were like nothing I had ever experienced and helped me focus on seemingly insignificant moments in my past that, I then realized, were still subconsciously alive within my psyche. These ‘forgotten’ moments still had a hold over me and were helping to ‘mould’ my present day actions and attitudes.
Having revisited and finally dealt with these ‘moulding moments’ with the advantage of hindsight, I am now able to be free to be me! The money I spent on each session was money well spent!! Thank you Leonie for helping me with your knowledge and powerful healing presence.
Of course, Leonie is a real bombshell, with long blond hair. Its just a pity she has funny shaped toes because of all the ballet she did in her youth!
