Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is it that you do?

We suppress our trauma from a very early age and sometimes it is little things and it is stored in the body and causes all kinds of problems. I work deeply in your muscles and the body will show us what it is. At the same time we are out of line with gravity and this method “pulls” the body back in line with gravity and we feel easier in our body. In other words I work with the body aches and pains and emotions simultaneously

  How does this work?

The body mind connection is neuro (brain)- muscular (muscles) The therapy takes us to the body and not just the thinking mind Now we start to feel and experience our whole body and mind

How many sessions do I need?

The full course is more or less 10 sessions. But first come in and experience one or two sessions then you will be able to choose If one session solved your problem then it is fine.

If you choose 10 sessions and feel you need more you can always have more sessions when needed

10 sessions are the complete course

How long does a session last? Also what is the time allowed during session to session?

A session lasts approximately one and an half hours. A week in between is best. Twice a month is fine, even once a month Sometimes depending on the client’s circumstances, sessions can be done every day but this is out of the ordinary

Do u use massage oils ?

No. In this way I really can go very deep into the muscle structure, facia and connective tissue. This work is deeper than massage

  What else do you do?

I do various soft energy modalities. See my profile; breath work therapy

What should I bring with and how should I be dressed?

You bring only yourself and casual dressing is best although if u come from work it is no problem
