I am a uniquely trained therapist in multiple disciplines, that most directly affect the lifestyle-change process. I  act as your personal guide, teacher, motivator, and friend.  

I have many years experience  in holistic healing and alternative health field. I  provide guidance, support, encouragement, as you begin to create a balanced life. With my help, you will find the means to succeed in life,  personally and professionally.

I offer deep insights into the state of your life through deep tissue massage. I guide you to unlock  secrets about physical, emotional, and spiritual issues that can cause your life to run off course. ie body aches and pains.

I have helped many with symptoms like back pain, knee pain, neck pain, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome , constant nervousness, destroyed self confidence, need to loose weight,

Thai Massage , craniosacral (soft energy therapy )and Reiki   are other modalities I offer. I am a Reiki and and Karuna Ki Master offering Reiki classes and teaching Reiki .

Thai Massage  is considered to be an energy medicine and is  extremely helpful to relieve fatigue, muscular cramping and nervous tension. It increases flexibility and  releases tension, helping the bodies natural energy to flow more freely. This type of massage is suitable for all, from infants to the elderly. It is often considered as the lazy mans Yoga as it helps stretch muscles without the exertion.

I am located in Pretoria Gauteng, South Africa.  All my services are offered in person, and at a later date on line. You get the convenience of working one-on-one with Me, at a time that fits your schedule.
